Why Join the CKA?

Founded in 1956, The Casey Key Association is dedicated to preserving the unique residential character, natural beauty, and quality of life that make Casey Key one of Florida’s most treasured barrier islands. Our mission is to:

  • Preserve the residential character of Casey Key
  • Enhance community security and safety
  • Protect our beaches, bays, wildlife, and natural resources
  • Advocate for residents with local and county officials
  • Keep residents informed through timely communications, meetings, and community events
  • Foster volunteerism and neighborhood engagement

Membership supports Florida Highway Patrol patrols, Flock Security cameras at both island bridges, environmental stewardship, and advocacy on roads, bridges, utilities and shoreline protection.

Members enjoy the password-protected member website, the annual membership directory, invitations to community events and meetings, and regular updates on issues affecting the island.
